Customers who activate their profile on Yrcat.com and are not satisfied with the services provided may request a refund within 24 hours of profile activation.
2. Refund Method
Refunds will be made using the same payment method and card used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is not available for refund, Yrcat.com may use an alternative method, at its discretion, to process the refund.
3. Refund Process

4. Subscription Cancellation
Customers who wish to cancel their subscription before the renewal date can do so by clicking the cancellation link in the activation email or contacting Yrcat.com via the provided contact form. The cancellation must be made before the renewal date to avoid further charges.
5. No Refunds period
Refunds will not be granted for profile activations that have been active for more than 24 hours, or for subscription cancellations made after the renewal date.
Refunds are non-transferable and can only be issued to the original customer who made the purchase.
7. Discretionary Refunds
Yrcat.com reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the refund policy criteria, or for any other reason at its sole discretion.
8. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, but the actual processing time may vary depending on the payment method and card issuer.
